ORDER POLICIES

1:ORDERS
Send us an email with a list of products and quantities required, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quotation. Once the quotation has been approved send us an return email with an order number and the quotation number.
Non account holders will have to pay a 50 percent deposit and send proof of payment to our email or fax.
Products not in stock will have to be ordered and has a lead time of 3 to 5 working days.

2:Delivery
All orders above R1500.00 Excl VAT will be delivered at no extra charge in a radius of 25Km from our physical address.
Orders not exceeding the amount can be collected from our premises once complete order is in stock or can be delivered with an delivery charge of R4.78 Excl VAT (R5,50 Incl) per Km.
Example. You place an order and want it delivered. Order amount is R500.00 Excl VAT.
Delivery 15Km from our premises.
Calculated at 15Km x2 there and back.
We will charge you for 30Km X R5.50 Delivery charge will be R165.00 Incl VAT
N.B The above is not applicable to account qualifying account holders,unless traveling exceeds 50km.
Delivery will be charged for distance exceeding 50km.

3:Returns
Product returns will only be accepted if products is wrongly delivered and returned within 48 hours.
We take no responsibility on orders wrongly placed and will not accept returns on these items unless they have been in stock and have not been specially ordered for you. If we accept a return on these products a 15 percent handling charge will be levied. No returns on opened toner and inks, please check if correct before opening.
No returns whatsoever on software.
